Ingredients:

– 8 slices of ham

– 8 cooked white asparagus

– Mayonnaise mixed with 2 tablespoons Valle Truffle Valley Black Truffle Sauce

Instructions:

1.Spread the slices of ham on a work surface.

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and a teaspoon of black truffle sauce from Truffle Valley on each slice of ham.
