Croquettes are a classic in the kitchen, but when we add the special touch of black truffle, they become a true gourmet delight. Get ready to enjoy an explosion of flavours in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams minced meat (can be chicken, beef or pork)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons black truffle sauce Valle Trufa

Steps:

  1. In a frying pan, heat a little oil and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the minced meat and cook until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add the flour and mix well. Cook for a few minutes so that the flour cooks.
  4. Add the milk little by little, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until a thick batter is formed.
  5. Remove the dough from the heat and let it cool. Then add the 2 tablespoons of Valle Trufa black truffle sauce and mix well.
  6. Form the dough into small balls and roll them in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the croquettes until golden brown on the outside.
  8. Serve the truffled croquettes warm and enjoy their unique and delicious taste.
