Ingredients:
- 500 grams minced meat (can be chicken, beef or pork)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 100 grams of flour
- 500 ml milk
- 100 grams of breadcrumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons black truffle sauce Valle Trufa
Steps:
- In a frying pan, heat a little oil and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add the minced meat and cook until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the flour and mix well. Cook for a few minutes so that the flour cooks.
- Add the milk little by little, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until a thick batter is formed.
- Remove the dough from the heat and let it cool. Then add the 2 tablespoons of Valle Trufa black truffle sauce and mix well.
- Form the dough into small balls and roll them in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the croquettes until golden brown on the outside.
- Serve the truffled croquettes warm and enjoy their unique and delicious taste.
